Sediment depth

Light means under 6 inches of soft sediment.
Moderate means 6 to 12 inches.
Heavy means over 12 inches.

Debris load

Low means few trees and limited runoff.
Medium means typical leaves and runoff.
High means heavy leaf fall, strong runoff, or visible organic buildup.
