My Natural Pond MNP FB100 Pond Filter Box for use with all our solar waterfall pond pump kits with four layers of filter media. Create a combination of filtration and a lovely waterfall for yoru pond.
Designed to work with all our solar pond pumps but would be a useful addition to any small to medium size pond. Size is 17X15X13 inches and the box can be buried almost completely with the input and output holes near the top about 4 inches from the top. Water running out of the box can then be guided into a waterfall
There are 4 layers of filter media with different functions.
a) Brush bar filters keep floating waste away, better directs water flow and oxygenate water to promote microbial growth.
b) Mesopore foam filter removes dirt and solid waste debris.
c) Mini pore foam filter removes fine waste particles.
d) Ceramic biomaterials attract and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria.
The filter box is designed to work with a pump with a recommended a flow rate ranging from 400-1,000 gallons per hour. Hoses measured 1”, 1.25” or 1.5” can attach to the back of the box.

Yes! The MNP FB100 is designed to work seamlessly with all of our solar waterfall pump models. Just connect the hose from the pump to the box input. Position the box so the output drops into the pond directly or feeds a waterfall. You can bury the box to the input and output ports.
What size pond is it suitable for?
The filter box should provide good filtration in ponds up to 2,500 gallons.
